  • 📊 Weekly progress check ins to assess improvement towards the greater goal & refine your form to ensure exercises are safely/properly executed 

All programs & communications are by me, Bre .. never an assistant or “team”. If you hear from me, rest assured it is truly myself, your COACH talking to you.. not an AI robot, ChatGPT or automated response system. Working with me, truly means working with ME & is a personalized experience. 

WHY AN ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINER ? 🤔

  1. Online is typically more affordable than in person & more consistent contact for the price. In person training may be out of reach for most people from a budget standpoint as each in person session costs $70-$100 on average, with little to no support after or between sessions. That can add up fast depending on how many sessions & support you need a week. Although online training does not come face to face, thankfully there are many ways to virtually connect with a client & ensure proper form/comfortability

  2. Think of it as a trainer in your pocket! When you work face to face with someone you typically pay for that hour of time & that’s it. When you sign up for online coaching you have more access to consistent support. Therefore, online coaching can be deemed as more flexible & dependable. It also allows us to connect worldwide! If you’re not local to me & want to work together then online coaching is the perfect solution.

  3. More Freedom!! When working with an online trainer you can get your workouts done any time & anywhere. When working in person, you have to align schedules & fit in between their other clients. You also risk getting charged for no shows if something comes up last minute & you have to cancel. Online coaching allows for easier alignment & no penalties. It’s perfect for people with a busy lifestyle still looking to make a positive change.
